I wanted to let you know my elbow is 100%. After my snowboarding injury last year I thought I would be dealing with the pain in my elbow forever although that’s not the case. I’ve been lifting heavier weights and working out again as if my injury never happened. I’m looking forward to snowboarding pain free this season, and I already have a trip planned to Utah in January. Thanks again and I really appreciate what you did for me.
“My experience as a patient of physical therapist, Dr. Tova Lehman has been exceptional. I am a physically active 60 year old male and my athletic activities are extremely important to me. I am an avid kayaker, swimmer, cyclist and I have studied martial arts for over 20 years. During that time I have sustained numerous minor injuries including joint injuries, muscle sprains and shoulder tendinitis. What led me to Dr. Lehman was re-injury of my shoulder that occurred during martial arts practice. I have had steroid injections for that injury in the past but I wanted to avoid any more steroid treatment. I was also apprehensive, fearing that surgery might be necessary at that point, as the pain after two months had not subsided at all.
I have had physical therapy before for this injury but the therapists hadn’t been helpful until after the steroid injections. In this instance, however, after examining me, Dr. Lehman agreed that additional steroids could be more damaging in the long run. She, in fact, was able to diagnose the problem in that first visit and developed a plan of treatment that was extremely effective without any medication at all. Within two weeks under her care, I was almost pain free and was soon easing back into my normal exercise routine, including martial arts practice. I soon found that my shoulder was better than it had been for years. Most important, she was the only medical professional I had seen that was able to identify and correct several muscle imbalances and the poor mechanics that could contribute to or resulted from my past injuries. I would encourage any one needing care to become her patient.”
“I’ve been grinding my teeth and have been plagued with headaches since I was a teenager. Over the past few years my jaw has been clicking and popping and occasionally gets locked. Dr. Lehmann has taught me not to freak out and how to manage my symptoms successfully. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Lehmann if you have TMJ pain. You don’t need to suffer! Thanks a lot.”
“Hey! Wanted to let you know that I summitted my first mountain a month ago near Mt. Rainer. I hit 10,000 ft. It was absolutely awesome. Two weeks ago I did another hike and reached 8,500 ft and ended my trek at the bottom of a wonderful waterfall. My last two trips out West have reminded me that just a year ago I crawled into your office and basically learned how to walk again. I wanted to thank you one more time. I couldn’t have done it without you.”
“I wanted to drop you a line to thank you for treating my back. It has been feeling great. I really can not tell you how happy this has made me. It’s just so great to feel no tension or discomfort at all. I owe you one that’s for sure!”
Thanks again. I’m going to miss you and our sessions.
G-d bless you.”
“My bad back made me extremely fearful of labor – working with Dr. Lehmann not only made my labor much shorter and less painful, but made my last trimester much more comfortable. Thank you so much.”
“Soon after I discovered I was pregnant with my second son, I began experiencing the kind of intense back pain which I had had only during my last trimester of my first pregnancy. My obstetrician just told me to grin and bear it – as it would not be the least of pregnancy’s aches and pains.
As a health care professional myself, I was unwilling to accept this as a solution. That’s when I sought treatment from Dr. Lehmann. Her skillful manual manipulations provided immediate relief. Not only did she alleviate my back pain, but she treated me as a whole; she determined the root source of my pain and prescribed supports and strengthening and toning exercises which afforded me a healthier and more comfortable pregnancy.
I was able to remain fit and retain the physical stamina I needed for an easier and more effective labor and delivery. My postpartum recovery was speedier too. I shed my pregnancy weight and had my body almost completely back to normal within four weeks. Thank you Dr. Lehmann for making a world of difference!”

“I have had the unique experience of both referring my patients to Dr. Lehmann, as well as being treated by her myself for a complex ankle fracture. In all instances, the results were the same – unmatched care of the highest quality. Dr. Lehman has a tremendous breadth and depth of knowledge in all aspects of physical therapy and rehabilitation medicine, which, coupled with her years of hands-on experience and her warm, caring personality results in the type of treatment that one would be hard pressed to find anywhere else.”

“Dr. Lehmann is an expert in her field. I feel comfortable referring patients to her knowing they will get the best and most up to date treatments. The patients always tell me how they love the amount of time and attention they get from Dr. Lehmann. In her care they never feel rushed. They are always the center of attention receiving care by Dr. Lehmann herself, not an assistant.”
“Trust is the word that symbolizes what I want when I see a doctor. Trust in the person’s ability, training and dedication. That is why I waited over a month to get an appointment to see Dr. Lehmann. I knew from prior experience with my son and myself, that Dr. Lehmann is a person I could completely trust. Not only is there total involvement during therapy sessions, but there is the necessary patient training to carry out a program at home. I hope I will not be in need of any future therapy, but if it is necessary, at least I do not have to research who to see. It would be Dr. Tova Lehmann.”
“The world is a better place just because there is a therapist like you in it. In my daily struggle to advance forward, your constant reassurance and encouragement were a guiding light every step of the way. Although surely your list of good deeds weighs heavily enough, my eternal gratefulness will forever tip the scale in your favor. My appreciation knows no bounds.”
“I have been to many physical therapists over the years due to an inflammatory autoimmune disease. I was referred to Dr. Lehmann by another physical therapist who felt that maybe she could succeed where no one else was able. She was right. Dr. Lehmann has an expertise that is unmatched in a regular therapist. She has schooling in advanced orthopedic and osteopathic techniques including Craniosacral therapy. Her intelligence, competence, and compassion combined have brought me relief finally after many years. I would recommend going to Dr. Lehmann first (who I feel is a specialist in her field) and save time and money from trying other places to find the relief that is available here.”

“Chronic ankle sprains have interfered with my dancing career for years. Dr. Lehmann helped me dance the remainder of the season successfully, and has subsequently aided me in a full recovery. She has also helped prevent further injuries. For the first time in many years I have been able to dance a full season without spraining my ankles. I owe a great deal of gratitude to my favorite therapist.
Thank you for your efforts.”
“For years I have suffered with TMJ problems. Most recently I dislocated my jaw. I was in such extreme pain that I couldn’t sleep, and I was unable to chew anything. My dentist was unable to help me and recommended I see Dr. Lehmann. I drove an hour to see her, hoping she would be able to do something for me. She helped me tremendously! I made the trip numerous times, and every single time was definitely worth it! Dr. Lehmann is a wizard!”
“Dear Dr. Lehmann,
Having ‘graduated’ today I would like to express my appreciation to you for all that was accomplished.
Your professionalism, depth of knowledge, and practical application of that knowledge is only exceeded by your true concern and dedication for the patient’s recovery and well being.
As a result of the physical therapy my walk is a different walk and the ‘old man’ has become a whole lot younger.
Thanks again for all that was accomplished.”

“Thought you might like to know that I got a good report from my orthopedic surgeon yesterday. He asked me what I thought of my therapy program. I told him I had an excellent therapist who’s dedication gave me the incentive to work extra hard. He said it definitely showed.
So, once again thank you…you’re truly appreciated!!!!”
