Our goal at Élan Physical Therapy and Wellness Center is to enable you to return to your previous level of pain-free activity and help you return the enthusiasm, energy, and grace to your function and daily life.

At Élan Physical Therapy and Wellness Center we believe that everyone in Nyack, New City, Rockland County, Westchester County, Bergen County, no matter what profession or age, should be able to work, play and function without pain or difficulty.

Our goal is to allow you to perform your daily activities without pain or limitation and to enable you to enhance your performance in your chosen sport. We employ a unique approach of combining traditional physical therapy with alternative holistic techniques to relieve your pain, prevent its recurrence and optimize your movement.

We believe each person functions as an integrated whole, and that no problem occurs in isolation. To this end, we evaluate your entire body as it relates to your specific problem to determine the underlying cause.

Our focus is on providing you with the highest quality care. We provide individualized, “hands-on”, one-on-one treatment sessions for the duration of one hour. Our comprehensive approach utilizes the latest research and cutting-edge techniques.
